This article from a Russian site seems to be about a wreath laying at Alma, site of the famous battle.

Scroll down for a close-up. Wow, he really looks like the last Czar or Grand Duke Nicholas. What a face.

my wife say's that he is Prince Michael of Kent,cousin of Queen Elizabeth and Grand Nephew of Czar Nicholas II.

Prince Michael of Kent – a few years ago they used his DNA to check the skeleton found at Ekaterinburg of Czar Nicholas's family.
