Here is a picture of some of the firing line poses from the King's Mountain range of AWI figures that I have been working on lately:
My apologies for the slight blurriness in the foreground, but I think that this gives you an idea of how they might look when painted. I painted my samples as the 42nd Highland Regiment. Very nice figures and definitely fun to paint.  |

Fairly sure the 71st. had white facings. |

Spontoon: in my text I state that they were painted as the 42nd, a royal regiment that would have had blue facings. Oui? |

After seeing these figures painted as a different highland unit I decided to add an additional regiment to my previous order of the advancing pose. Since I am basically starting out with AWI I think the two units from the same source will probably look better than from different sources. Just hope I can paint mine to a level as good as these. They really look good. |
