I just want to express my immense satisfaction about Eureka miniatures USA and its manager Mr Rob Walter. Figures ordered from France last Saturday, arrived today. Only 6 days to cross the Atlantic,that's incredibly fast! Mr Walter sent me several e-mails about the order's progress, and asked me to tell him, when the figures would arrive. Rob is indeed a gentleman and a very good professional.
Just to add to my pleasure, the figures (28 mm French revolution wars) are little wonders, and i can't wait to hunt the tyrants and free European peoples from their chains (and their money too). |

Yes, Robert is a great person to do business with. He sents me email from time to time about new miniatures being releasee. His shipment of miniatures are fast! I too ordered the 28mm French revolution wars from Bob. It took only about 2 business days because I live in the USA. |

Even though I haven't made an order in a few months, I too am pleased with service from Eureka Miniatures USA. Don't be sore at me, though: Rather than French, I got some 18mm 1792-1800 Austrians! |

I agree. Rob Walters is great to work with. I've ordered some 18mm SYW and 28mm FPW Prussians in the past year and both my orders came through no problem. I emailed Rob last night with a question on 28mm Moderns (which I have for skirmish gaming with Ambush Alley). He answered it in record time. I also have bought some 28mm Afghan rocket artillery that works well with my 28mm TAG Taliban and USMC infantry squads. However, I'd like to order some 18mm SYW Prussians from Eurekaminisusa.com sometime next year to complete my 15mm SYW armies. Blake |

Rob is a delight to work with. He's even more fun to talk to live, at the wargaming conventions. He has an unbridled enthusiasm for this hobby and his products. |

I have had excellent service from Eureka USA, which is very helpful for me since my browser or computer OS has lots of trouble handling the Eureka-Oz website. I'd rather just contact the American branch now and place a special order through them. Might take a little longer, but the saved postage costs are a plus and the smooth order process is a big plus. |
