I managed to play-test my own rules today … some days after several other regular readers of my blog did!

Hi

the big dilema with most grid based games is 'fitting in' the terrain features.

I am leaning towards using 2mm scenery as it takes up little space – another possibility would be to make up a collage of appropriate pictures (of the terrain type), fixed in place.

In fact, for your game I think it would look pretty good.

Two dimensional terrain tiles would work better, IMO, (like what is used in the Commands & Colors board games).
