Just finished the last bits of Kellerman's III Reserve Cavalry Corp. Cuirassiers, Carabiners and Dragoons. Most of the figures are Redline, with some converted Old Glory for the leaders. A bit over 200 figures in total, plus guns and other bits.

Very nice job painting those and cool bases. Did you use different colors of sand for them? Also nice table and I really like the tree stands. Another blog added to my favorites! |

Yes the sand is a mixed of pre-coloured ballast. It saves a lot of time in trying to paint the sand. See this link for more information on it – link There are lots of hooves in the Corp, we will have to see how they go against some British and Allied Squares. Hope they do better than their real life counterparts. Cheers
