I've ordered some of C-in-C's scifi infantry, and I will probably order some GZG or Brigade Models hover tanks and vehicles to fill out force. I would like to add a couple of Mechs, but I never liked the whole 100 foot tall types or the one armed with swords and melee weapons. Does anyone make a 15/18mm or 25mm figure that would look right next to 6mm infantry and look like a piloted vehicle and not a suit? |

I use the pieces from Risk 2210 AD. link Three mechs that range from about 15mm to 15mm tall. You can get them as replacement parts from Boardgamegeek for $5 USD a bag, or so I understand. |

Look at Germy's stuff in the GZG store. They also make great man-sized to shorter-than-man-sized 'bots in 15mm. Shawn. |

Gzg makes a bunch. I own them. Thanks, John |

Epic 40K Dreadnoughts too. There are some Imperial Guard walkers that are nice. And the Eldar stuff if you like that sculpting style. Thanks for the link to EM4. Some of the greatest bang for your buck (or pound) on the market today. I always forget about them. Nice to see the spaceship models at the bottom too. Really great values! That Shapeways stuff is great! Ever think of using these for resin cast masters? Would love to have multi-packs at a sharper price than Shapeways can manage. I have seen some shops combine multiple copies of a figure as one sold piece on Shapeways. They are linked by what I would call, for lack of a better term, casting channels/sprues. I have seen some ships and airplanes done this way. While the pricing is higher, the per unit price drops quite a bit as from my understanding, they charge by total volume and there is a minimum charge. Don't know if I am clear on what I am saying here? |

You could always take a look at 15/25mm power armor. I am planing on using these for my 6mm VOTOMS
And this one from GZG's 25mm Stargrunt line.

I'm using the Battleforce scale Mechs from Battletech for 6mm mechs/walkers. Here's a pic of some 6mm Plasmabast infantry and vehicles along with the Nova Cat BF scale mech.
Another pic with additional mechs (L to R: Nova Cat, Kodiak, armless Mad Cat):

I think that GZGs Hound Dogs look pretty spiffing and they measure up around 14mm tall, which is great for a more realistic size mecha IMO. link

Another option would be to use the Battletech Protomechs link |

Sharkbait, what's the bug on the far right of your pictures? |
sharkbait | 17 Oct 2012 3:00 a.m. PST |
That's one of Khurasan's Parasachnids. I have a bunch of them for 15mm, and I wanted to see if I could use them as large bugs for 6mm. |
