Chain Reaction 3.0 will work and it's free. Pretty easy to figure out which guns are which for Old West.

"The Rules with No Name" is free, and not much changed with the hardcover book.

Free at the "Warstore"

Also in our Yahoo group in the files section.

It's not free, but you should try 7TV.

We used to have a bit of fun with Desperado in 25mm with mostly Dixon Miniatures. Now published by Monday Knight Productions, Desperado is not free, but are rather affordable being priced at $15.00 USD. I might pick up a copy as I have some interest in doing some gunfights in 15/18mm with the Blue Moon Manufaturing range.

Fistful of Lead. Give it a look…

Yep, The Rules with No Name or Chain Reaction 3 would be my pick and they're both free. Fistful of Lead looks a good set too but I have yet to play it.

Blackwater Gulch is a free pdf… although right now it is a pre-release beta test.

Blackwater Gulch looks pretty good. I downloaded the rules and read them (haven't had a chance to play them, yet), but they look like a lot of fun.

Also, if you poke around this board here at TMP, you will find someone who has customized Necromunda to play the Wild West.
