Anyone come across a Goblin wearing a Tuxedo (or a nice suit),available in the 28mm/32mm overall size (scale)?

If so, care to enlighten me as to manufacturer and/or retailer?

A head swap is probably your best hope. That or shrink wayne rooney.

You might want to look for some of Bob Murch's old vampire figs: in the Nosferatu pack, he has a massive vamp (i.e. fanged humanoid) in a suit and fedora. He also has one of Bob's Thompson SMGs, (the nicest sculpted in 28mm IMO) which may or may not suit your project.
