Can anyone tell me how well Woodbine/Gripping Beast WW1 French go with Great War Miniatures Late War WW1 Germans & Brits? Thinking of getting a Platoon of late war French & GWM doesn't make that line. Woodbine look nice, as long as they are close in scale, I think that's the way I'll go. Is there anyone out there who could answer my question? Or have a better suggestion?
Thanks in advance,
Peter

I have a mixed unit of British with GWM, WGB and Brigade Games you can tell them apart by their sculpt style but other than that I have no problem mixing them.

I always thought Woodbine figures were on the small side but I haven't stood them side by side.

Scarab do some nice 28mm French.

Thanks guys! Sir Sidney, I forgot about Scarab… Thanks, I think I'll go with them. Cheaper, too.

WD are slightly smaller than GWM, our figures are slightly larger than GWM. We are in the process of taking Woodbine into stock for our webstore and conventions, once I have some I will do a couple of comparisions pictures for the web site.

Yes we (Scarab) do and extensive Late War French range with the support weapons and 75mm gun – thank you Sir S for the mention

We will be at SELWG this Sunday with a trade stand

Kind regards
