I am looking for a 15mm German V-1 model in plastic or lead. I wish to use one or more in a British 1944 commando raid game. Any known sources for a model? |

Frog, Novo, Fujimi, Plastyk, and probably a few other companies have done 1/72 V-1 kits, sometimes alone, sometimes packaged with a Spitfire or other plane. You can pick them up failry cheap on Ebay. 1/72 is larger than 15mm or 1/100, but on an unpiloted vehicle like the V-1 the scale difference isn't as distracting on the tabletop. Cheaper than the FoW starter box, anyway, although I suspect that at some point someone might start piecing-out the FoW box. Were you planning to build the whole launch compound, too (a big undertaking), or maybe just the V-1 being transported in a truck or rail convoy? Ebay auctions: auction |
