Their DVDs seem overpriced to me for something that seems so specifica topic. What are your opinions on their DVDS? What are your opinions on their Vault subscription? Are they worth the price they are asking (not when they are free)? |

I have a bunch of them. I like them, as they are REALLY detailed. BUT
Sometimes too detailed. Not really what you need to be able to paint armies. They are more geared towards the collectable/competition minis painting . And some of the skills required to do what they are doing is not explained too well. IMO. But overall, I do like them.

I only have their Da Ork Terrain one. The project was cool, but I expected a lot more in skills or examples or something for the $20. USD Which one of theirs would you recommend? |

I did the free deal and downloaded all the scifi terrain videos. I wasn't impressed. I was hoping to see something epic and get a good detailed set of instructions on advanced techniques. The buildings they did were just simple blocks of styrofoam with windows cut in them and bits glued on. The fountain one was a little better. He went into how to make bricks from cork and applying vegetation. |
