Hey I'm looking for some scenarios for US and Japan to use with I Ain't Been Shot Mum. Any suggestions? |

We have done a lot of scenerios from the Bougainville and the Northern Solomons campaign. Plenty of small unit actions throughout. Really the Pacific is chock full of battles just ripe for the rules. We have played IABSM down to a player controlling a single squad. The whole force being one platoon, perhaps with company assets possibly available. We do the Pacific theater of operations in 20mm. |

Britton Publishers (Final Combat) have a few scenario books that easily could be tweaked for you. Fire & Fury (Battlefront WWII) has a scenario section on their website that is broken down by theater and time period. The new ruleset "Fireball Forward" featured some Pacific games during development testplay. I believe they have a book up and coming. |

This is more what I had in mind. Look at the Hill 600A engagement. link Or the book link Many books in this series are super for maps and OOB's. IABSM old version had a Pacific War supplement for basic unit composition. One more good site. link |

Thanks guys. I've been told that asl scenarios work well for iabsm. But seems like the pacific modules are out of print. |

I am in the process of writing a scenario supplement that will encompass all of Operation Cartwheel (which is the what the entire island hopping campaign was called) EXCEPT for the attack on the Philippines. I expect to be done before Easter. No, really, Easter 2013. |
