Again here seeking for help :) I am just starting so very limited funds keep this in mind. I have 2 ideas for 2 new games. One is based on a field and one will be skirmish. I have taken notes for the first game, have some ideas down, but the time I am spending in designing the miniatures and following the rest of the project (add family with 2 small girls) leaves me with very little time to develope anything at the past I will like to. So looking for a low retribuition (more in the future if w e grow) of course goodies like free copies of the miniatures including future releases, credits and more are guaranteed. Does anyone have any hint or idea where I can find some help? Thanks to all :) Chris rolljordan@hotmail.com |

Please look up "retribution" in the dictionary. Some designers do deserve it, though. |

Easy, he is a native Italian speaker. Reciprocation is the word you want RollJordan. Wish I had the time to help but don't these days. Too bad as I speak Italian fairly well ;-) |

Arguably, the word is "remuneration" in this case. Fair number of native English speakers who don't know that one anyway, so no shame involved. |

Maybe he meant restitution? |

retribuition in Italian is RETRIBUZIONE :) meaning remuneration :) sorry was typing is a rush. I am US citizen, but I went to Italian schools apart from College, but my main language is Italian, long boring story ;) Already got a few mail, will answer in a few days, but thanks for the heads up. I had my older daughter birthday today, and tomorrow and Wed I got 12 hrs meetings at work. Thur/Fri I will have some time. |

I barely have time to design and create new minis, have a few ideas but need someone to help evolving them in a easy functional game. We are starting now with already over 100 miniatures and many more to come. I got plenty of great sculptors, but I lack time and money to invest in a game design. That is why I am seeking help. It will be hard but never give up :) A little reluctant to give out more info, last 3 times I did they stole my ideas

rolljordan I am always interested in designing miniature rules or board games. I have been designing since 1979 and have been nominated for the HG Wells award for best miniature rules. Lost to TSATF, LOL! I already have a few credits for boardgames and miniture rules and army lists (Fields of Glory). Rudy Scott Nelson scottnelson@bellsouth.net |

Roll Jordan, Not a rules designer, but a long experienced playtester / rules analyst. My efforts include being one of the first playtesters for "The Rules With No Name", "Ancient Warfare" and "Medieval Warfare" both by Terry Gore when he was with SAGA. TRWNN and Medieval Warfare are now both published by Foundry. I was one of the major contributors and testers for "Babylons Burning" by Hetzerdog (now available at the Yahoo site) and have provided inputs (some actually useful ) a few of the TMP members who commercially publish rules, including Ed at Two Hour Wargames and Howard (Mexican Jack Squint) Whitehouse. I can't take the lead in development, but think i certainly can contribute to the effort. JJ parusj@saic.com |
