Interestingly, and except for the ridges and possibly some angles, their shapes don't look all that different from Tibetan nomads' tents. |

Very nice--I especially like the tent with the picture of the boar on it, which could be the leader's tent. I have several of the Dover books which could be provide period appropriate designs. I'd been thinking of ordering a set of these tents in the next few weeks as the basis of a Dark Ages camp. Seeing yours, I am more convinced that this would be a good idea. Thanks! Grelber |
