We played a game of sixth edition 40K using 1500 point Imperial Guard and Ork armies – with a definite Rogue Trader flavour! Report is here: link Thanks for looking!

Excellent BatRep. The imperial Guard figures were quite notable. I've never seen the RT Guard with updated weapons. They look quite good and I think I prefer them to the original loadouts. I've got a 6th edition mini-rulebook on the way that I purchased just to keep current, but now I've got am itch to actually play it. What do you think of the new rules? |

Very cool. I'm curious for thoughts on the new rules as well. We never progressed beyond 2nd edition
and I prefer the smaller battles of Rogue Trader
but rumors suggest 6th has brought back some of that flavor. |

Very cool. Love the old school Rogue Trader miniatures! |

Thanks guys! @ordinarybass – I really like 6th edition. We hadn't played it for a month or two so we were a bit rusty without our resident 40K guru (Dave V.) on the scene, but we muddled through. I'm thinking that the mini-rulebook would be a worthwhile pickup as the giant hardback is a bit unwieldy. Cheers w. |

Looks incredible. Love the big bus. What was the airplane converted from? |

What was the airplane converted from? Polikarpov I-16, maybe? Love the retro Guard, and the bus, and
heck, all of it. *eyes the 1/48 MiG-25 on his shelf

Thanks guys! The ork plane started out as a 1/48 GeeBee Racer, an inexpensive model from Testors, orked up with GW bitz. w. |
