Absolutely lovely, but far too expensive.

Cheaper than their resin equivalents.

I'd prefer unpainted, but can't seem to find any… Price is fine for painted product…

There are no unpainted 28mm buildings. They do unpainted versions in their 15mm range.

These 4Ground buildings are excellent. I don't think the price is too bad when compared with alternatives.

Perhaps I should have said "far too expensive for me".

I'm sure the price is reasonable for a painted product (though why I should pay somebody else to paint it when I can do so myself?) and I'm also sure that the price isn't too bad when compared with alternatives. However the fact remains that I cannot afford to buy them at those prices.

I'm also fairly sure that they are beyond the acceptable price range for many other wargamers.

I would echo the call for unpainted versions. If Warbases can do it then why can't 4Ground?

They look to be machine painted over laser cut MDF, pretty basic, but it could offer some degree of waterproofing & warp resistance as there is paint of both sides of most finished parts.

I was tempted looking at them at Colours. As I'd bought a big bag of MDF stuff there already I didn't buy any then. I got a couple of their Dark Ages buildings to do – they look pretty good.

They're hand painted, bsrlee. As the pre-painting acts as an undercoat, we're going to spruce one up on the blog over the next week or so.

I too saw them at colours, very nice indeed. Laser cut mdf and the proliferation there of was my overwhelming memory of colours in fact, great stuff and very usable.

I would really have prefered unpainted ones.
Then I would probably have bought.
More fun to paint myself plus the prices would have been better.
