Illustrated battle report on a large (3,000 points plus) Bolt Action game we played last week. I think we came up with an elegant (and clever) mechanism to model massed Russian armour vs. elite German armour.

Cool BatRep, we played our first game of BA yesterday. It was a big game as well. The Germans had two Vet Tigers, with a platoon of FJ, a platoon of regular infantry and a Hetzer against two platoons of US Para's, a Platoon of 4 Shermans, an M8 HMC, and a recon section of regular infantry. The US side won, but lost all the tanks (one 'shrek unit got 3 tank kills).

Looks like a fun game, and nice job documenting it.

Looks like it was a bad day to be a cat. Nice bat rep. Thanks

Sounds like the cats were on the prowl.
