The HAT website has got hundreds of photo's of painted versions of their models, mostly sent inby their customers, including some fabulous conversions. I think PSR should do the same sort of thing.

The site is so widely read and the reviews lag behind releases enough that I bet they'd get submissions in place before the reviews are even done.
