I will be running the Pick'n'Mix again this year, same location, same format and roughly the same date. Once again this event will feature the only edible prizes on the tournament circuit as well as plenty of other prize support.
Venue: North West Gaming Centre – Stockport
Date: 8th and/or 9th of December
Format: Two one day three game tournaments, players can play the same period each day or pick and mix playing what they want. Prizes for the period winners each day and a prize for the overall winner for the weekend.
Timetable: 9:00-9:30 registration, 9:30-12:00 game 1, 12:45-15:15 game 2, 15:30-18:00 game 3
Entry cost: £10.00 GBP per person per day, juniors free
Periods:
FoG: 15mm Ancients – Both days (I am open to suggestions as to themed or not or even one day themed and the other open)
DBMM: 15mm Ancients – Both days (I am open to suggestions as to themed or not or even one day themed and the other open)
Flames of War: Periods to be determined but will be on both days
FoG: 15mm Renaissance – one or both days depending on entries
FoG: 25mm Ancients – one or both days depending on entries
I am happy to consider other games, anyone wanting to run another period alongside this event is more than welcome. Possible other rules/periods include DBA, Impetus and FoG Napoleonic.
