Does anyone make arrogant 3rd world dictators, General of course, with tons of medals and sunglasses? I normally ask for 25/28mm, but I am edging more and more into AK-47 type 5mm gaming. Being silly and a flames of war player will do that.  |

For 15mm, I'd look at Peter Pig. They make a dictator figure, but I don't know what it looks like. I imagine it would be as you want (at least it should be), but can't state so with any certainty. |

I don't know about 15mm, but in 28mm there are several. None that I found wearing sunglasses, though.
