Yes, it sure is. It comes with a second smaller tower on top, but I removed that and painted both items as separate terrain pieces. It was super cheap -- like $4 USD for the raw wood model.

Great idea about removing the top tower, I'll have to look at mine to see if I'd want to do the same.

Black Cavalier: Mine actually broke, that's how I discovered that it could be separated to create 2 terrain pieces. :)
