I just posted a AAR of a 15th century "Kalmar Union War" game I and my Danish friend Sören played using the Hail Caesar rules at my blog: link

Excellent report of a rough and tumble fight. Three commanders down meant promotion possiblities for young blood.

Cheers,

Thanks for sharing. Interesting to see a medieval battle that is not England v France for a change. Love the figures.

Nice to give you some Swedish history to;)

The name "Kalmar Union War" are my invention it was acctually several conflicts from 1434 to 1523. Most civil wars with different Swedish noblemen trying to get more power for their Houses with the help of different part of the swedish Allmoge and/or the Danish King. all with in the time of the Kalmar Union.

You will find some more about the kalmar Union here: link

Best regards Michael
