More HOTT, some Quidditch and a brief summary of other events.

Thanks for a entertaining Batrep and great report on Gong Con!

The Quidditch is a brilliant stroke, I might have been able to get the long haired Brigadier interested…maybe next year!

Were there any historical games? Would there be any interest in putting any on for next year?

Please contact me on ralphh(@ standard UOW uni email suffix) as I'd be interest to know your thoughts…

@Sparker: We did HOTT because it's a gem we're very familiar with as a group. However we had planned to put on some historical games, but didn't really get ourselves organised properly. The aim was to do a WW1 air game, and there was a possibility of gladiators as well. We also play HOTT with historical armies sometimes as well (as opposed to DBA), so had considered that – Wars of the Roses works very well, for example, and looks quite good.
