I need a color reference (or several) for WWII German aircrew flight suits. Thanks!

I seem to recall them being a light brownish/khaki color. I saw a few in a light, olive green too.

There should be some color references in the Osprey books. Try the one(s) in the Battle of Britain ones.

Of course, some pilots, especially the fighters, would wear their own, or captured leather jackets as well. Those could be brown, or black, depending upon the manufacturer.

Here's more info on the subject. Looks like you can paint them pretty much any way you like, within reason, since some pilots had their stuff custom made:
