Armand, I don't know if the problems of the hybrid airship would apply to the tank-lifter design, as it looks less prone to vibration problems to me.

Maybe stuff like that may become a reality if we used networked drones that can compensate far more effectively than any pilot ever could.

Possibly, the big problem, as with the heliostat is twofold; First, there is the balance issue then then vibration issue. You'll need to keep all three rotor discs completely attuned to one another in order to prevent nasty oscillations. Also some pretty goof vibration dampening is also in order.
