Your example has influenced me to add a 15mm Later Medieval Danish Army with accompanying Later Medieval Swedish Ally and Later Medieval German Ally contingents for my FOG collection. It is forming the basis for a late 15th Cty Field of Glory campaign that a buddy (who is playing the money-grubbing Hanseatic League) and I have are trying to get off the ground.

Thanks for the inspiration.

Great looking game Michael. I am building medieval armies for HC and want some flexibility for other sets, what is your basing size? It looks like you have 3-4 models on sauare bases that you are putting together on sabots.

Thanks – Allen

Thanks !!

Glad to be able to inspire:)

The bases are

Infantry 40x40mm 3 minis
Cavalry 40x50mm 2 minis
Command 40c50mm 1 mounted and 2 banner holders

In this game we used 6 bases as an average unit, but in the latest games we have used 12 ! bases as an average unit and 6 bases for a small one.

Best regards Michael

Looks fab. You're an inspiration and I like most of the things you paint and the projects you start.
