Im pretty familiar with Vlads army but not at all with these armies during the TYW. Any good online sources?

Not in English or German, there may be some in Hungarian or Romanian though, I have stumbled across at least one website of a reenactment group portraying haiduks in service of Bethlen Gabor.

There are several studies of the Transylvanian army in this and the preceding war with the Ottomans but it is all in Hungarian or Romanian. The language barrier is simply the greatest barrier to getting accurate information about these armies.
