Some minis I pretty much finished two months ago but did not get around to photographing & posting. All are single-piece, 1/200 scale, resin miniatures from Armaments in Miniature (AIM) link . Decals are produced by The Goblin Factory and available through AIM link .

I didn't have any issues with the minis or decals. I did have an issue with the Krylon Flat Clear that I applied to the Canberra two days ago (96 deg F., 44% Rel Hum). The clear coating fogged up on the Canberra. I applied a second coat and immediately placed the mini in front of a fan. That took care of most of the problem. I let the mini sit for two days in a cool, drafty room and the fogging pretty much went away.

…yes, I know the version of the Canberra was not used in the Falklands but it's the only 1/200 Canberra readily available and there are decals. Kevin

Very nice. Forgive my ignorance, but are these for a Falklands campaign? I guess all those aircraft were involved.

BTW, great flight stand.

Very cool, I have struggled to stay away from starting up a "Falkland Air War" project. This doesn't help my cause.

Chortle, these could be used in a Falklands campaign but are currently slated for display.

The flight stand is also available from Armaments in Miniature.

Very nice!

And looking at that flight-stand top gave me an idea, but it involves drilling moderately large holes in aircraft: Middling-big rare-earth magnets slightly inset into the model, probably 3mm diameter and 2 or 3mm deep for strength.

Lovely models

I have gamed the Falklands campaign twice now, it wasn't pretty for the RN. The Argies had a bit of luck re weather and Skyhawks in one campaign, it wasn't a good trade off. One carrier fit for scrapping and one carrier fit for scrap!

Other aircraft from Armaments In Miniature that can be used for the Falklands campaign are the Dassault Mirage, Douglas A-4, AVRO Vulcan. Models that will be added in the near future to the Falklands line will include the correct version of the Canberra, a Dagger and a Pucara.
Kevin, beautiful work as always.
