Just wondering what period thse guys are for, pre Kiwer I assume?

I think they are pre-1805. In 1805 the Russian Infnatry are wearing the shako in Minifigs. I have some on ebay now.

The pre-1805 uniforms had a lot of variety in headgear. The fusiliers I have on ebay are wearing the traditional small fusil cap.

1803 – 1807, I have a couple of bat's in them. I don't fuss about having all the same year in my Div's. Lighter green coats and trousers

Inroduced for combattant lower ranks, 16 September 1802 (O.S.)

picture

Use extended to generals and officers in the Caucasus Inspectorate when on campaign, 23 December 1805 (O.S.)

Replaced by shakos of the same pattern as in Musketeer regiments, 26 September 1807 (O.S.)

So, this will be the headgear for Russian Jäger during the War of the Third Coalition against the French Empire. It's use would likely continue into 1809 among the regiments facing the Turks and the Persians. The units for the Swedish War in 1808-1809 were taken from the north-west of the Russian Empire, and could be expected to have been supplied the new shako in a timely fashion.
