I'm trying to contact the Flag Dude via email. He has not returned several emails. Is he still in business? If someone on TMP has contact with him would you please send him my email address? I would like to place an order.

Thanks!

I saw him at Origins. He mentioned the family has been dealing with some health issues.

He is on the vendor list for Historicon

wonder if his email is down and he doesn't know it?

He told me that he was working through some health problems and knows that he has a backlog of emails. He'll get to them as soon as he's up to it.

There are several threads about this stretching back several months…due to personal circumstances he has not responded to emails nor orders orders through the site. Unfortunately, there is no notice on his website nor response to repeated emails, which is unprofessional, notwithstanding personal circumstances a few minutes of his time would have saved much customer frustration and preserved his customer base.
I have gone to another supplier as I am sure many others have as well. It is shame because he produces a fine product.

I have been waiting for an order since march and have heard nothing since he cashed my checked. I am out 250.00 dollars and worst of all he can't respond to me directly instead sends the guy from the toy soldier shop in Gettysburg to relay a message to us all. But I see he is well enough to go to historicon. If he is well enough to travel half way across the country set up a both and stand around for three days, it just makes me wonder. If he is sick just lot me know how soon I can expect a refund. But since three phone calls, numerous emails and a few post on here dosnt get a response I quess I just got robbed and am out of the money. Maybe I will get a message from some third party again, one can only hope!!!

After taking 3 months to get just 4 flags and feeling damned lucky that I did finally get them, I went elsewhere for flags

Shame, I would really like to buy some flags from him, but I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere.

All you need to do is set up an auto-reply in your email saying that life has happened, and you will get back to people as soon as you can.

I'm having a similar problem. He filled my order with incorrect flags (Templars instead of Teutonics). Three emails and 3 months later I have yet to hear back from him. I've heard that he has been ill, and I think people have been patient and sympathetic. The problem is that he was seen at Origins and is listed in the vendor area for upcoming Historicon. How sick can he be??? If he is too lazy to return emails, maybe he should find some responsible adult and let her do it for him. This is a case of internet fraud and I intend to pursue it. I strongly urge people to avoid sending him money. I can't believe he shows his face at conventions.
