These are the 20 rats to make the back ranks of a 40 strong unit. Turns out that buying already assembled figures off ebay isn't a great plan. Which is why these chaps are relegated to the back ranks.

They look very good to me. I presume your worried that they don't rank easily due to their oversized weapons? I would console myself by thinking that skaven/ratmen probably wouldnt be very organised in the first place! Not like the finely tuned ranks of say high elves

Thanks. You can't actually see the main issues with the models so well. The bodies come in two halves. The previous owner wasn't so careful about putting them together so there were big cracks on a number of them. I filled a few then gave up. A very bad bit of design from GW really. The shoulder pad like armour has a join goes right down the middle. He wasn't so careful with the glue either. So there's a fair bit of detail lost in areas. Maybe I fixed that better than I thought though. :) |

They look fine. But I thought being relegated to the back ranks in a Skaven army was a *good* thing. :) |

They seem a bit more upright than I'd expect from ratmen
not as hunched over
but the paints on them are great. |

Their clanrats are more hunched. I prefer the clanrat figures actually.
