I don't know what this thread is supposed to be about but I'll mention what I'm doing. I am going to Historicon. I will do an ACW scenario. Dick Bryant and I are going to do the civil war game that is in Don Featherstone's Wargames book. It's the 50th anniversary of this seminal work which we hope to celebrate by putting on a game.

Im visiting my dad in Va Beach at the end of July. Thanks to who ever scheduled Historicon at the same time and so close. Looks like my dad will have to take a break from golfing because It'll be my first con and he's going,might drag my older brother up there to.

Hi All,

Yes. We will be play testing the new Regimential F&F river crossing sceenario for Fredricksburg. Rich has worked out a couple of new mechanisms for the river crossing and the built up area town fight.

Bill, Looking forward to seeing your Fredricksburg game in person. Saw the map for it over at Rich's and it is impressive.

Our club is doing a 'reverse Gettysburg' scenario where the Confederate cavalry are defending the town on the first day, and the First Division of the I Corps is assaulting. We are using Regimental F&F rules.
