This is an odd idea that I've had in mind every since the Necrons were first released in WD [Whatever] way back when. Convert a female figure into 7 of 9 from Star Trek: Voyager and run her as a Necron Lord.

Now I've started building a Necron army with the recent releases and so there is a reason to try this conversion project. One thought I had was to use an Escher Heavy, but I'd rather not sacrifice one of my Necromunda gangers for the project. Would anyone have a suggestion for a suitable sci-fi woman, robot, or cyborg which could serve as the base for a conversion?

The figure does not have to be GW, (not worried about being tournament-legal), nor does it have to have lots of Necron-ish bitz on it. A female figure in a simple catsuit or feminine robot with a sleek metal chassis would be ideal as detail can be added more easily than removed.

Thank you for your time.

Why not use the Queen Khalida figure from GW's tomb king range and 'sci fi' it up with a Necron paint scheme and some minor conversion work.

Another option would be to check out the various Infinity Aleph figures.

And you could name her "2 of 44"…

Wow! Thank you for all the suggestions! They each have their own merits. At the moment I'm leaning towards the Armorcast pole dancer or Marie. However, the Infinity figures are contenders as well. Atis is perfect as is, and if I can find her, she will be fielded out of the box.

Hey, thanks Colin. Yes, saw that on the front page: she's also good as is and I will probably buy her. No luck with the OOP Atis figure sadly.
