Once again, I've no idea how good the book is and I've never read anything by the author but I'll give it a whirl at the "deal" price. The premise is that the world is hit by an electromagnetic pulse and that ain't good (quite an ironic choice for a Kindle offer but still…  ). It's here if you're interested:
