link Has anyone used these? Is this something you'd like to see more of? Andre is considering ending this line, but I might be interested in picking it up and continuing with it if there is any real need

I like the line, but it's not *quite* large enough to act as an Ogre-stand in force by itself, which it looks like was the intent. If a super-heavy tank, infantry and GEV-APC (Ogre fans, did I miss anything?) were sculpted I would be definitely be interested in picking some up. But with the actual Ogre miniatures set to make a reappearance I don't know if the market will be there. -Will |

Glad to hear the line may get White Knighted. If anything, I think Ogre's phenomenal Kickstarter success implies that there's a decent market for them. It's likely to be some time before the actual Ogre figs come back into production and even when they do, there are still no figs for (for ex) Japanese or Chinese forces. Zandris IV's range offers an excellent third choice of faction, although (as wminsing said) it suffers from a lack of a superheavy and GEV-PC design. The lack of infantry is pardonable – there are other power armor suits on the market in 6mm that will do. You might look into a light artillery drone cognate too, although the Zandris light missile tanks is probably close enough for most people. For a real kicker, do some not-Ogres with their own unique look – cognates of the Mk III, IV, and V would be the most important ones. I talked to Andre about getting some sculpted late last year, but I'm not well-positioned to pursue that myself right now. |

hold on a minute- are you saying that you might be delving into producing 6mm Drew? I'd say hell yes id be interested. The ogre comparisons aside, there is always room or 6mm. Games like FWC, strike legion and dirtside 2 mean people will buy them. |

Yes. If there is enough interest in his existing line, and I get good suggestions on what holes in the various lines need to be filled in, then yes I will pick up the line and run with it. I want to make sure that there is enough market to support a unique line of 6mm SF ground forces to fill a needed niche without making a redundant line that goes nowhere and wastes everybody's time and money

I don't have them. I held off to see if the line would grow. If you could get Andre to add a few more unit types (via contract or something?) I'd definitely pick up a few packs of each for an OGRE/GEV/generic sci-fi force. |

I had in mind some power armor suits that might double as Giant robo-tech fighters in my fleetscale sizes. Other than the OGRE line, are there any pics I could use for inspiration on the other vehicles, etc. you can link to? |

Just to clarify, I'm not planning to shelve the line specifically. It's just a line that doesn't get very much attention, so in the event that I *have* to axe something, it's going to be the first to go. Of course, if Drew here wants to take the line and give it the love and care it needs, I would be happy to send them his way. I never got around to making superheavies for 2 reasons: 1. Couldn't figure out a design that looked good. 2. I actually quite like the PanEuro and NAC superheavy tanks and the Ogres. The regular vehicles
not so much so. |
