Hi all

I was wondering who makes the Ottoman fleet for the Balkan Wars? I am aware some of the ships exist in WW1 sets. But I think they are missing some of them.

On the Hellenic side I know the three old pre-dreads are part of the 1/6000 scale, but do they exist in another scale.

What scale do you have in mind?

To be frank any scale. I know that in 1/6000 you can find all of the Greek major combatants. But not all of the Ottoman ones.

I did a quick search of Navwar in the UK, and it looks like the opposite problem. They have a ton of Turkish vessels and just a few Greeks. They do have Averoff and Hydra though, so that should get you started. They are 1/3000, and the ordering process from Navwar is a bit old school, but the ships are usually quite nice.

I don't know of a complete range but you might like to look through the 1/3000 range at WTJ here.

They do the Brandenburg class for example.
In 1/6000, magister militum/hallmark do Greek and Turkish WW1 fleets but what ships I don't know.

The hardest to get is the Afik

I recall ordering up naval vessels for the Battle of Lemnos in 1/2400 or 1/3000…probably Navwar. I never pulled them out of the bags. One day I will paint those up.

I have the major combatants in 1/6000 scale from Figurehead. I used to have them in 1/3000 scale Navwar. I think all the major ships come in the Greek and Turkish fleet packs from figurehead. There may be a Turkish Cruiser missing, but that can easily be converted form a similar ship from another navy.
