starting working (for home use)on fantasy races for battlelore, any ideas/ suggestions?

Rules, or actual figures?

You currently have Humans, Dwarfs and Goblins/hobgoblins in the Game + Monsters.

Races available Elves (wood, High & Dark), Evil humans (chaos), Lizardmen, Ratmen & Undead

Rules, please, for the ones doublesix66 mention.

Grab the C&C Ancients rules, pretty much all the expansion rules for Battlelore regarding new troops where lifted out of that and hailed as a good idea.

The Ancients rules have alot more starting troop types than Battlelore and most of them would port over to being fantasy troop types of some description.

You could also add in a mix of the battlecry/memoir ranged rules for more shooty races.

I had a conversion for Warmaster figures to use on an battlore boardgame ie Chaos Knights (red) Chaos Warriors (blue) Marauders (green) etc as the warmaster bases fit nicely onto the hex tiles

Thank you all, anyway my greater doubt itīs about undead ones, may they be weak and fast (green) or more slow moving troops like blue , what do you think? (ideas for all races welcome).

I must to take a look at C&C , warmaster ones must to look great, but at the moment ,I really donīt want to spend cash, and I got a lot of 15mm minis that I want to convert to BL.

As regards Undead what figures do you have?

Common Undead you could use
Foot
Zombies red tough slow ignore 1st flag any others cause casualties
Skeletons blue ignore first flag
Ghouls green, subject to fear run like goblins

Cav
Black Knights Red
Ghosts green ignores cover bonuses for hills & trees (only hit on a lore or colour?)

You will need to add a necromancer deck to the cards including, invigorate, raise dead, poison wind, fear etc

You make them tough in a different way you could do something like if a flag is rolled re-roll the dice if a lore is rolled destroy 1 stand otherwise retreat the original number of flags

I got minis for elves (high and wood ones), undead , evil human, human, barbarians (whith war mammoths), dwarves (whith cannons), romans(whith lionmen auxilia), orcs (whith catapults)and some giants and monsters on 15mm I want to use for BL. Any ideas welcome!
