Wow, love the layout! The buildings remind me of the Hue pics I have seen. Did you scratchbuild them? Nice game!

Thanks,

John

Thank you all !
Hello John, indeed it's scratchbuilt (with calendars).
Perhaps you have recognized the houses from the Osprey's Campaign Series "Tet Offensive 1968 : Turning point in Vietnam", they inspired me.

Maxim75,
très magnifique!

I'd like to recommend one source of inspiration; Don Lomax's Vietnam Journal comic. It is one of the best war comics ever (in addition to Charley's War and Two-Fisted Tales/Frontline Combat). Mr. Lomax is a Vietam veteran to boot.

war-stories.com/LomaxComics

He curently publishes the comic on his website and you can see the latest weekly six pages or so there and going to the Graphic Novels -section you can check sample pages from each GN. Tet ´68 is about Hue.

I heartily recommend the GNs even if the current Transfuzion Publishing versions come across as bit smudgy/unsharp (I've pondered if they are PODs and there is something wrong with the printers or the files). The old Apple Comics periodicals and the couple GNs they published are of standard & solid printing quality.
