It would be (f) 25+, inevitably, if we count DBA 12 element armies as 'armies'.

Bigger than that, I have 12 ancients armies for Armati or FoG in 15mm, both sides for ECW, and several distinct forces for WW2 (if you boiled them down to boxable 'armies' about 8, I guess) …

My collection ranges from small scale ships to converted Action Men participation game figures, but 6mm to 90mm for figures in any significant number.

15mm is the most numerous grouping by figure size. By number of armies*. 28mm might still win by weight despite it not being used or added to much these days for aesthetic reasons.

All my many others I have sold off. But I am getting into 15mm Sci Fi now. Khurasan and Rebel minis pushed me back into it.
