I ordered some stuff from Vexillia earlier today, and when I got home found this email in my junk folder:

"Thank you very much for your order.

Before I ship the order I need you to confirm something for me. You have ordered 28 mm miniatures and 15 mm flags. Are you sure?

If you meant to order 28 mm miniatures and 25 mm flags let me know and I will adjust the order for you.

How about that? It made me smile knowing that the person handling my order at the other end knows his stuff and cares enough to take the time to check, even if I have only myself to blame if the order was an error.

I'm going to be extra-nice at work tomorrow. :)

Yes Martin is one of the best around, have ordered from him a few times and always great communications and service.

Wow. That is some good "heads up" common sense there.
Nice to see that he caught it, instead of sending them to you and going with the ole "well, that is what you ordered. Not my fault" route.

Thing is, that *was* what I ordered because I have armies in both scales. :)

Still, it was "common sense" to see it as an error and it's nice to see that kind of initiative.
