In order. Yes. Great skirmish game that is, like many good skirmish games, also about 80% of an RPG for the setting. There are quickplay rules available for download, and the miniatures should be in distribution. The topic title is not processed by the software for links, so what you typed is what you get. Addresses in the messages are processed and turned into active links that may or may not still show parts of the address. |

Dark age is one of the few games I will flat out say I like. They have decent mini's, quick to play rules, and you can get started with the starter boxes rather cheaply. |

Thanks. Comet, can you expand on what you means by 80 percent of an RPG for the Setting? |

I'm often tempted by this game mainly because of my love of Brom artwork. I hear good things about it and sometimes I think about picking up a few figs, but usually I just end up lamenting that nobody makes Dark Sun miniatures anymore. |

Dark Age is an awesome game. I worked as a developer on the previous edition of the rules. I am no longer part of the company. Send me a PM if you are interested in buying some of my stuff

The setting materials are evocative and descriptive enough to support role playing, and the system is about the right level of granularity. All the game needs is skills and a shopping list. |

I love Dark Age, great game. Very good skirmish game and works well at small and large scale battles. |

This is one of my favorite games. Lots of action and surprises. It's just plain fun. |
