My eldest son just saw the barbarian figure from fouraminiatures.com named 'Ronan'. He was quite excited to see a miniature that shares his name and it looks like I'll be making a purchase in the near future. Only problem is, my youngest son, Callan, can't bear to be left out, so, is anyone aware of a fantasy figure named Callan? Any suggests greatly appreciated. |

There was a TV series named "Callan". The lead character was a spy/assassin. And he played wargames. You could get any spy type figure in a suit for him. He'd need a gun. Try eM-4 for one in their Combat Zone range. |

I remember the tv show Callan, there was at least one scene with him watching or playing a wargame :-) using him as inspiration for a figure might work

Callan probably the hardest character ever to appear on tv. The centre of these three: KKBB101 Top Agents at link is a good likeness for the young Edward Woodward. Not fantasy, but probably the closest you'll find. |

Well I am no expert but Brigade games has a sweet Gael Warrior named Culann which although it is celtic seems to be related to the gaelic name callan, but dont quote me on that. link If that doesnt work there are plenty of awesome unnamed gaels on the brigade website that would probably be perfect. You can always tell your son that fathers have the power to name unnamed things and that you will name his favorite unnamed mini after him. Aside from that I dont know what to tell you, I have searched the following lines and found nothing: GW Reaper Confrontation Redbox Games Hasslefree Brigade Heresy And the entire cool mini or not store It is strange since a baby naming site tells me the name means powerful in battle, you would think there would be tons. |
