I'm looking for some inspiration on how to paint up the various room sets. Has anyone got any piccies they can share? |

For the control room sets, rent some '60s spy movies (in color, of course) and take notes. Pastels with some bright pops of primary colors seemed to be the order of the day. (Gotta take full advantage of that Technicolor.) Lots of red knobs, buttons, and valves, too. Paint the computer screens with a green or blue jewel effect, or with "text" (thin wavy lines), oscilloscope effects, graphs, maps, and so on. Painting a period pattern on the seat cushions would look very cool. |

Movie Dr.No or some other James Bond movies.

I've got plenty of source photos. More interested in how other people have painted them up. So far I'm leaning to undercoating in grey and just touching up the screens, keypads etc. |
