Adam has been working late these days and has finished the first of the Guard cavalry packs for Pyrrhus.
The command pack with Pyrrhus himself is due soon but in the meantime PYR10 would also fit the bill. Cheers Keith Aventine Miniatures |

Keith- I thought that the Heavy Cavalry were great but these are evn better. Big congrats to Adam. Presumably these are with Xyston whilst the Heavy Cavalry look to be armed with normal thrusting spear? Thanks James |

James I put cut down pikes with these following the TMP thread on the first lot. We will be shipping them with the cast spear and if folk want to use pikes then of course they can. The lightspear and shield variants will have shorter spears that are a bit longer than javelins (at least that is the plan at the moment). Cheers Keith |

Now those look like they are carrying Xystons. Nicely done. I'll be getting some of those. An area that is sadly lacking I've found is decent Central Asian Hellenstic period figs in 28mm. Indians are woefully supported with Old Glory possibly the best which IMHO is a sad state of affairs. Bactrian light horse, Saka cataphract types, Mountain Indians etc These are all missing or below par. Given your excellent elephant range maybe have a look at this for a later project. I know you are flat out so just a suggestion. John O |

Keith – as usual Adam has done a grand job. I would certainly like a unit of these and was wondering when the Great Man Himself (ie Pyrrhos) will ride onto the field? Save me ordering twice!! John – while the range is variable I have some Essex 28mm Indian infantry which are quite nice. Their Bactrian (Achaemenid era) and Arachosian cavalry are fine figures and I quite like their early/late Saka heavies. Bactrian Greeks are smaller and less impressive. Cheers Garry |

Garry Adam is working on Pyrrhus at the moment. We want to have a command set that will double as the command for the Guard unit and as a stand alone General. As Glenn has said Mike at Relic has a lovely Pyrrhus ready, we are making one to complete our own range but saying that Mike's would fit in both size and style wise just fine. Cheers Keith |

Adam/Glenn Point taken – thanks for the heads up about the comparison. Already have Mike's very nice Pyrrhus, always keen to compare Personalities and in any event, you cannot have too many Generals! One may have to be used as a pompous staff officer! Garry |
