The Japanese 'teppo' arquebus doesn't have a buttstock that you pull into your shoulder. Instead, it works off of a cheek weld where you pull back with your right hand and push forward with your left. Totally different from western ideas, but it works. |

I have the ashigaru sets myself and they're good- well worth the price, especially for mass foot units. When I first heard about these, I was really curious how they would solve the lacing issue on the sides. They did a great job with that. |
