This is of great interest to me. I like what you are achieving very much. Well done and thanks for sharing.

That'll be your new cork terrain there, Paul ….

Good stuff …

Hi both, thanks for looking. I need to do more work on the cork to turn it into larger tiles. That will also make it easier to disguise the ley lines that run across the earth! It's always the problem with terrain tiles…

Nice looking armies. I'm afraid I am not a fan of the cork terrain though.

I know what you mean about the terrain, Wargame Insomniac. I need some more time to sort out the warping of the corners, which can be seen in some of the photos. I'll also need to figure out a way to disguise the joins between the tiles, but then that's a perennial problem for all terrain tile systems. Thanks for looking!

Hi Caliban.

Just pointed it out as it's a shame in that currently detracts from the nicely painted armies. Am sure you could get it looking better with some more time.

Cheers

Paul, nice work on the terrain and figures! I wish that I could be there with my Hoplites to help the Greeks!!! Mike P.S. I could have taken my Persains to , but I think the plane ride would be to much!

Good to see those venerable Hinchliffe Persian cavalry – shame they are about to be shredded!

Thanks for the atmospheric photos

Hi Wargame Insomniac, no offence taken, in fact I really appreciate honest feedback! I know how I'm going to try to sort out the terrain tiles, but somehow the practice always turns out different from the concept…

Thanks for looking, folks.
