I use them for my TYW project. I'm a big fan of their material flags, they look great and very realistic. Good customer service too; Stuart, the owner, is a great guy to deal with. He even custom made a complete Imperialist range for me.

I second that Stuart is great to deal with. If he doesn't have a particular flag, you describe it and he'll produce it

Good, bloke, great service and product

'If he doesn't have a particular flag, you describe it and
he,ll produce it'

Strange, I asked him if he could produce a 15mm flag for
the Green mountain boys of AWI fame and I never heard a thing.
The request was completely ignored.
I suppose its all down to what each individual experiences.

Up untill then he was good to deal with……

I had an odd exchange with Stuart. When I commented on a prototype Rough Riders flage he had done for me, he never responded back. I had asked for a change in the background…which seemed strange since I's heard how good he was with that sort of thing.

Hmm, now that you mention it, I'm still waiting to hear about a flag I asked him to create (Valais Battalion).

Special orders aside, I ordered flags printed on material over a week ago from his list and received an immediate response about the size, etc., and options available. I received my order today. The flags look fantastic. I'm in the US.

Commissioned some Venetian Flags for the 17th century wars against the Ottoman Empire

History PhD,
Did you have an issue with the flag he created, or just not hear anything back at all?

Lewisgunner07 May 2012 1:12 a.m. PST

I ordered standard flags and they were very good and the turnaround time was really fast.
Maybe if you order a new creation it takes a bit longer??

I have. Highly recommended.
Fantastic customer focused service and excellent turnaround from order to receipt.
Very good product. I like Stuarts 'cloth' Flags in particular

'Maybe if you order a new creation it takes a bit longer'

Well its been a few months now,so sure taking a bit longer!

Like I said depends on individuals experience,in my case I
heard nothing….Standard flags are no problem…

Always good service, always fires back a 'How Big are your flagpoles' query, which is very sensible.

His silk flags are hard wearing and lovely, the only issue I had was the discovery they don't like my standard 'Gloss Varnish-Testors dullcote' treatment – uglied them right up – so I add them after the Varnish and Laquer stage and no problems.

Now hurry up and send me my ECW stuff, Stuart!
