Just for curiosity, do you remember if there is any particular Fantasy setting / world / saga / rules, where you can find the use of War Elephants? It happens that I have some of these beasts and I would like to use them for my Fantasy games. I am not tied to any particular setting, just looking for inspiration. Thank you in advance! |

Hostile realms has a list with Elephants and Oliphants (as the souped up mega elephant) There is also a good section for troop building so, you could take a stock war elephant and build a custom force list around it which worked for you and was all your own. Same goes for HOTT. The would be "Behemoths". And HOTT is currently free. |

And if you don't like HOTT there is also Mighty armies. Plenty of ways to "roll your own" war beasties and not have them quite so generic as "Behemoth". |
