I need some pictures of painted groups of 25/28mm confederate civil war cavalry as painting guides for a painter.
Thanks

Check back on the ACW threads---I rememebr seeing some with a link to a blog that had some great painting of Reb cav. Want to say it was in 2011?

Will try to check when I get home tonight---have the link bookmarked (I think).

I have both US and CSA cavalry on my photo bucket have alook in sub albums link hope that helps! The rebs are Sussex light dragoons not your normal run of the mill confederate cavalry but the boys in blue are pretty standard

My advice, use VERY little yellow trim or piping! VERY little! Wargamers and reenactors seem to love to bathe their Reb cavalry in yellow trim. the reality was much different!

Yeah, I'm not much on cavalry or infantry but I love artillery. But I like anything that turns money into smoke and noise!
