Cacique Caribe posted this link on a bunch of boards but missed this one. It includes a bunch on Lincoln buildings and so could be useful ACW terrain. I think they are HO so what ratio you use to rescale I'm not certain.

Yup I have these, though I have yet to print. What a great idea or promoting your town!

Yes. some of the models are huge. I'm impressed at the skill and time to create them.

I have used a few of these in my Zombie games, they are excellent models and the price cannot be beaten.

I will have to print a bunch out and check, but they are either true HO scale which is 1/87 or they are architectural 1/96 (more likely) which is 1/8"=1'-0" if that helps. Give or take 20mm in our terms.

Maxshadow01 May 2012 11:29 p.m. PST

Does that mean HO is 18mm?

Hard to say. The mm system used by figures doesn't exactly translate to a real scale. For example, Actually compare say a 10mm figure from one range to another. 1) You will find the figures actually might be anywhere from 9mm to say 12mm high. One might be allot bulkier or really thin so the proportions the sculptor uses might have a visual effect. 2) What does the mm size really mean? It could be eyes to feet. It could be top of head to feet. It could be something entirely different. 3) Since when do you know a group of people who are exactly the same height? weight? 4) Ground scale and figure scale are different in most rules system. For example, a building that is nominally for 6mm or even smaller might be perfect for your Corps action with 10mm figures.
